Genshin Impact has a nice fast travel system where players can easily move to different locations with the use of waypoints, domains, and Statues of the Seven. They're free to use and can be used indefinitely.

Can Even Fast Travel During Combat

Find yourself in a battle you're losing against in? You can fast travel out of there by opening your menu and selecting any of the waypoints you've unlocked. This will immediately transfer you into another location!

Waypoints Types & How To Unlock



There are multiple waypoints found across the map that you can unlock by simply walking up to them and using them. You will also receive Primogems for this.



Domains can also be used as waypoints around the map. You don't need to reach their required levels to unlock them as waypoints!

Statues Of The Sevens

Besides clearing up the map when you use them for the first time, Statues of the Seven will also act as a waypoint from that point forward.

Portable Waypoints

Portable Waypoints

Portable Waypoints are basically custom fast travel stations that can you place where ever you want. They can be used indefinitely, but they do have a 7-day limit and will be destroyed when it ends.

Craft A Portable Waypoint

Craft A Portable Waypoint

Portable Waypoints can be made at any of the Crafting Benches. You will need to be at Mondstadt Reputation Level 6 to get the Blueprint for the Portable Waypoint.

Head To Where You Want To Place It

Head To Where You Want To Place It

Next thing to do is to travel to the area where you want to place down your Portable Waypoint.

Select From Gadget Tab in Inventory And Press Use

Select From Gadget Tab in Inventory And Press Use

From your Gadget Tab, select the Portable Waypoint and select Use. A Portable Waypoint should then materialize where you are.
