Down To Dodge - How To Complete
Must Unlock Spiral Abyss First
Since this achievement requires you to run Spiral Abyss 2-3, you will first need to unlock the Spiral Abyss first. After that, you need to progress through the floors till you get to 2-3.

There will be a Hydro Samachurl there that will continuously summon an area of rain. This will negate the need for a hydro character to trigger frozen.
Use Cryo Characters To Freeze Enemies
You can easily keep enemies in check and stun lock them by using Cryo characters in this chamber. They're all affected by Hydro that you can easily trigger frozen with!
