Frostbearing Tree Location
Frostbearing Tree can be found while exploring Dragonspine. The place would be unlocked during the 1.2 Update. It will be located near the top of the mountian.

Step 1: Get Scarlet Quarts Around The Tree
Break Red Crystal around the tree and collect Scarlet Quartz.
Step 2: Hit The Crystal In Front Of The Tree
As soon as collecting the Scarlet Quarts, back to the tree front and hit the blue crystal there.
Step 3: Repeat Step 1 & 2 & Unlock It
Repeat Step 1 & 2 for 4 times. Then you will be able to unlock Frostbearing Tree.
Give Crimson Agate To Level Up The Tree
As you explore Dragonspine, you will encounter an item called "Crimson Agate". Offer it to the tree to make it level up and receive rewards.
Crimson Wish & Frost Bearing Tree Level
Crimson Wish Unlocks At Lvl 8
There are limited Crimson Agate in Dragonspine. However, you can get more by challenging the Crimson Wish every Monday and Friday.
