Found East Of Luhua Pool & Route
To start this quest, you need to have it listed as a Daily Commission Quest firstly. The quest starting point is east of the Luhua Pool in Liyue that will trigger the start of the quest when approached.

Continue North To A Small Pool
Glide From Ledge To The Rings On The Air
Drop Down To The Area Behind The Rocks
Go Left And Use The Rings
Follow Rings To The Seaside
Get To The Small Rock Further
Time Limit Quest
While attempting to complete the quest, once the timer runs out, you will need to redo the whole route.
Defeat Enemies To Get More Time
The more enemies you can defeat, the more time you will get to do the mission. However, do not spend too much time on them or it will be for nothing.
