Controller Support - Availability In Platforms (PC, Mobile)
Available For PC & Mobile
Full controller support is available for both PC & Mobile players of Genshin Impact. This is not limited to a specific type of controller with it being compatible with multiple types available.
Currently Not Available On Android
Right now, only players on the IOS version of Genshin Impact can play with the controller. No news yet has been released on whether Controller Support will be added to Android version of the game.

How To Set Up Controller
Connect Or Plug In Controller To PC
Make sure to have your controller set up before launching Genshin Impact for a more seamless time switching between your controller and keyboard
Launch Genshin Impact
Next thing to do is launch the game as you would at any other time.
Open Settings & Choose Controller
Once the game is launched, open settings and select the Controller from the Control Type.
