Frost Moon Seal from Lunar Highlands
Frost Moon Seals are items that can be randomly found around the Lunar Highlands. This mechanic is similar to the Evermoon Seal, requiring you to gather 3 pieces of the same Frost Moon Seal per area for a total of 9 Frost Moon Seals.

Use the Frost Moon Seal to Unlock Lunar Treasury
Frost Moon Seals are used to unlock Kuuhenki's Hidden Trove in Ungien's Circle and Moontide Sea. Note that you need 3 seals of each design to unlock a trove.

Randomly Obtain The Frost Moon Seal
Frost Moon Seals do not have fixed locations, as their spawn points vary for each player. Some can be obtained by completing World Quests, while others are found through exploration, such as opening treasure chests and solving puzzles.
