Summary Of Buffs

Constellation	- C1: Enhanced Hydro-reaction damage when the off-field character trigger the reaction. - C2: Team's Elemental Mastery will be increased once Mona's charged attack hits enemies. - C4: Grants active character with CRIT Rate increase and DEF shred based on Omen's duration on-field. - C6: Greatly increases the DMG bonus of her Charged Attacks. ▼Constellation Buff Details

Mona, at base, only received a new passive and Constellation Buffs. Mona's new Constellation Buff increases the buff in her Omen Debuff making her a more efficient support for her teams. Additionally, the frequency of her Charged Attack also greatly increases making her a decent on-field damage dealer especially when paired with Hex Characters.

Changes To Constellation

(C1) Prophecy of Submersion (Old): When any of your own party members hits an opponent affected by an Omen, the effects of Hydro-related Elemental Reactions are enhanced for 8s.	(C1) Added: Additionally, when your off-field party members trigger the above effect, the DMG Bonus to the above Hydro-related Elemental Reactions is enhanced to its original effect.
(C2) Lunar Chain (Old): When a Normal Attack hits, there is a 20% chance that it will be automatically followed by a Charged Attack. This effect can only occur once every 5s.	(C2) Added: When Mona's Charged Attack hits an opponent, all nearby party members will have their Elemental Mastery increased by 80 for 12s.
(C4) Prophecy of Oblivion (Old): When any party member attacks an opponent affected by an Omen, their CRIT Rate is increased by 15%.	(C4) Added: When any Hexenzirkel party member attacks an opponent affected by an Omen, their CRIT DMG will be increased.
(C6) Rhetorics of Calamitas (Old): Upon entering Illusory Torrent, Mona gains a 60% increase to the DMG of her next Charged Attack per second of movement. A maximum DMG Bonus of 180% can be achieved in this manner. The effect lasts for no more than 8s.	(C6) Added: The damage Mona's Charged Attacks deal to opponents affected by an Omen will also be increased higher, based on the original DMG.

The changes in Mona's constellation shall improve her Omen's duration and utility on-field, especially her C1, C4, and C6, where it highlights her Omen's performance, providing Mona and her team a good damage support.

Mona will become one of the Hexenzirke Characters after completing some quests. When a party includes two (2) Hex Characters, you will gain the following effects:

When Mona's Normal Attacks or Charged Attacks hit an opponent, she gains stack of Astral Glow of Mercury, which grants at most one stack every second. When other party members trigger a Vaporize reaction on an enemy, all Astral Glow of Mercury stacks are consumed. Increases Vaporize reaction damage. When Mona's Normal Attacks/Charged Attacks hit an opponent, the enemy's Omen duration is extended.

New Party Enhancement Passive - Hexerei

Similar to the Moonsign party enhancement, Hexerei: Secret Rite is activated when there's two Hexerei characters in the team. You can mix and match any of them and the effect will still activate.
