Lauma's character and ascension materials can be found in the new Nod-Krai region. Her Weekly Boss Material will likely come from another region if Nod-Krai does not introduce its own Weekly Boss in the 6.0 Update.

How to Get Each Item?
Specialty
Get The Nod-Krai Local Specialty At Nod-Krai Location
Aino's local specialty can be found and farmed only inside the Nod-Krai Region. To make it easier to farm, you can use the new Collection Area Markers to find them.
Enemy Materials
Defeat Nod-Krai Enemies
Each faction inside Nod-Krai will most probably have a different set of enemies, hence these enemies might be carrying materials that Aino will use. You can collect the materials by defeating them. You will also be able to track them using Paimon Menu > Adventurer's Handbook, but not all locations will be shown.
Talent Domain Location
Get Aino Talent Books From Nod-Krai Domain
Aino will most likely use talent books from Nod-Krai. However, with no information yet about her Talent Books and Talent Book Domain and its schedule, there's no way to confirm anything yet.
World Boss Location
Found in Nod-Krai
Aino' boss location is announced to be one of the new World Bosses in Nod Krai. This will be also used by Flins.
Weekly Boss Location
There's a chance that Aino's Weekly Boss material will come from a Weekly Boss from another region. This will all depend if a new Trounce Domain will be introduced in the 6.0 Update.
How Many Days / Resin Needed?
Expect To Use Around 2500 Resin Or More
Since the material drops are random, farming for all of Aino's ascension and talent materials will cost you around 2,500 Original Resin at World Level 9. This is around 2-3 (14~21 Days) weeks of resin generation. The number of days also differs whether or not you want to level all talents or not.
More Resin Cost For Artifacts
Farming for Artifacts, especially good ones, will also add to the resin cost of building a character. Artifacts are heavily based on luck and cannot be measured.
Around 18 Weeks To Fully Upgrade Talents
Talent Ascension requires the use of a Weekly Boss material. Presuming you can get one per try per week, you will need 18 weeks to fully upgrade a character to 10/10/10 talents. You can shorten this by converting unneeded Weekly Boss Materials.
