Map	Location

That Which Was Once Ehecatl can be found in the upper levels of the Ancient Sacred Mountain, which can be unlocked through the "Path to the Flaming Peaks" quest line. The item becomes available to pick up after Ehecatl stops functioning within its respective quest.

That Which Was Once Ehecatl can be placed on a pedestal deep inside the ruins at the Fallingstar Fields. You have to first complete the Investigator of Ancient Ruins quest to be able to access these ruins.

Placing the Secret Source Servant Rewards a Luxurious Chest

Enter the room that unlocks after placing That Which Was Once Ehecatl on the pedestal. There should be a Luxurious chest in the room.

Also Unlocks the "Why Is It Always a Statue Mechanism?" Achievement

This is one among the many new achievements made available in the 5.5. update.
