The supposed door to Khaenri'ah is located underground of Tunigi Hollow. This area can only be accessed when you finish As The Khvarena's Light Shows Quest.
How To Go To Hangeh Afrasiyab (Underground)?

| 1 |   Teleport to the marked underground waypoint. You can only discover this as you progress with As The Khvarena's Light Shows quest |
| 2 |  Descend to the hole in the middle of the main hall |
| 3 |  Jump down to another platform below then stay on another elevator so you can descend to the lowest ground |
| 4 |  Activate the mechanism to open the door and proceed ahead until you reach the gate. |
| 5 | Upon reaching the gate, you will get the achievement. |
