You can use the portal shown above to easily get to Vishap Research Lab. Flying is also an option using Venti or Kazuha but be careful not to run out of stamina.

Other Elemental Totem Exist
There are electro and hydro totem in the area. You can also opt to fight those monsters. But the Records can be obtained inside the cage near the Cryo Totem.
