You can use the portal shown above to easily get to Vishap Research Lab. Flying is also an option using Venti or Kazuha but be careful not to run out of stamina.

| 2 | Head inside the temple ruins and use Cryo to activate a Totem inside. |
| 3 | Fight the Vishaps that will appear. |
| 4 | Head inside the cage near the Totem and get the Records. |
Other Elemental Totem Exist
There are electro and hydro totem in the area. You can also opt to fight those monsters. But the Records can be obtained inside the cage near the Cryo Totem.
