Head to the Evernight Temple and search for the Secret Room.

After unlocking the Secret Room, follow the stairs and defeat all of the enemies.

Gather 1 Reins of Revival Fragment.
1. Trail Sign Towards The Secret Room
You can easily spot the trails of the Bathysmal Vishaps by checking the glowing section beneath the ground. Follow the trail signs and it will lead you to the Secret Room. For reference, see the images below:

2. How To Unlock The Secret Room?
Procedures

Activate the mechanism to Whitelight.

Hit the triangular mechanism (in the middle) to activate or move the wall
3
Activate the switch on the right
4
Hit the Triangular mechanism again
5
Activate the switch on the left
6
Hit the triangular mechanism again, making the movable wall parallel to the gate on its right.
7
Activate the switch on the right again
8
Activate the switch on the left
9
Lastly, activate the switch on the right again
