Teleport to the southern part of Tsurumi Island and head to the marked location. From there, you will need to defeat a Ruin Grader to progress. Check the link below if you haven't unlocked Tsurumi Island yet.

Ask Hosseini about what transpired with the Ruin Grader . Afterwards, he will then give you Ayesha's Chaos Prospector which is used to find ancient relics or components. This will complete the world quest and start the Shadow Of The Ancients Event.
