Rinzou is a known great pirate based on the treasure hoarder's notes. It was also stated there that Rinzou hid all his treasures across the island and labeled it with a demon symbol.

Go towards a cave below, behind the waterfalls. The image above will help you locate the cave where the camp of treasure hoarders is located. There is also a common chest below!
