Rinzou is a known great pirate based on the treasure hoarder's notes. It was also stated there that Rinzou hid all his treasures across the island and labeled it with a demon symbol.

Go towards a cave below, behind the waterfalls. The image above will help you locate the cave where the camp of treasure hoarders is located. There is also a common chest below!

Rinzou's letter can be found in the wooden boxes and barrel on the left side, facing the camp of the treasure hoarders. The image below will help you locate it, so do check it out!
