Selecting Regions To Your Liking
Select a region based on your own preference to get daily commissions exclusively from that region but with occasional exceptions. You may also select "Random" to cancel your preference.

It is also stated by the MIhoyo Developers that selecting a region for the daily commission will have a reset time that will take effect on the next daily reset.
