Approach Dandy
Dandy is a NPC traveler that can be spot on 4 locations. She will offer you a time trial challenge that is a permanent challenge in Genshin Impact that requires gliding. Talk to Dandy, start the challenge and finish the trial on the given time.

Dandy's Time Trial - Locations & Trials
You can locate Dandy in 4 locations. In this time trial challenge, player will have a different time duration and races per location.
Mingyun Village
Open your map and teleport to the Qiongji Estuary, Liyue (Statue of the Seven - Geo) and you will find Dandy walking there on the side.

Teleport to Wangshu Inn (Bishui Plain, Liyue waypoint). Go down towards the wooden bridge below and you will see Dandy standing beside light post.

Bishui Plain
Teleport your way to Bishui Plain, Liyue. Upon arriving, turn right, walk towards the edge of the cliff and you will see the Shrine of Depths. Walk beside the shrine and you will easily spot Dandy.
