Vicious Cycle! - How To Complete
Have All Burst Skills Ready
For this challenge, you need to have all of the characters in your party ready with their elemental burst. This will ensure that you have at least 4 out of 5 elemental bursts.
Equip A Character With High Energy Recharge
Since you're still missing one, you'll need to build an elemental burst fast. Have a character equipped with ton of energy recharge from artifacts. In particular, The Exile Artifact set is good for this. Characters with low burst cost is also amazing for this Achievement.

Ruin Guards and Mitachurls are great for this challenge as they can help charge your bursts without dying immediately. You don't need for your bursts to hit, but make sure you don't get stunned or attacked so you can get the 15-sec window.
