Mizuki Character Buff Release Date
Released on July 1, 2026
As confirmed during the Luna 8 livestream, the character Hex-based buff program is expanding beyond Mondstadt to include a wide variety of characters from across all nations starting July 1, 2026, in the Version 6.6 update. Mizuki - Buff Details
Mizuki's Additional Talent
Enhances Anemo DMG and Elemental Mastery
Mizuki's new talent enhances the entire party's Anemo DMG and Elemental Mastery. While in the Dreamdrifter state, triggering a Swirl reaction increases the damage of her next AoE Anemo attack and boosts the party's Elemental Mastery.
Constellation Enhancement
Combat and Utility Upgrades
At Constellation Levels 1, 2, 4, and 6, Mizuki will gain several powerful effects during the Dreamdrifter state. These enhancements include dealing additional Anemo DMG, reducing enemies' elemental resistance, restoring additional HP, and increasing her own CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG.
How to Unlock Mizuki's Buff?
Talk to Barbeloth
To unlock the buff, visit Barbeloth in Fontaine with Mizuki. Barbeloth will read her future using the Lunar Arcana, and after this interaction, Mizuki will receive her Hex-based buff.
