Will Be Buffed On July 1, 2026
Following the recent Hex-based buffs for Mondstadt, the character buff program broadens its scope to include a diverse roster of characters from across all nations in the upcoming July 1, 2026 Version 6.6 update. We will provide full details as soon as the next phase is officially released.
Cyno Known Buff Details
Elemental Skill Now Allows Cyno to Enter His E. Burst State
Using his Elemental Skill while in a field created by Stellar-Conduct can put Cyno into his Elemental Burst state, making him easier to use and less Burst-reliant.
Some of Cyno's DMG Are Now Considered Stellar-Conduct DMG
While Cyno himself doesn't trigger the reaction, some of his attacks are considered Stellar-Conduct DMG when performed inside the field. This makes Cyno a viable character as a Stellar-Conduct DPS, but you will still need another character in the team to enable the reaction.
How to Unlock Cyno's Buff?
Talk to Barbeloth
After visiting Barbeloth in Fontaine, Cyno will have his destiny revealed through the Lunar Arcana and receive a powerful Hex-based upgrade. This is similar to the Witch's Homework of Mondstadt characters.
