Do 4 Challenges To Reveal The Island On Map
Firethief's Secret Isle is located southeast of Natlan Map. There is a waypoint on the waters. Heading there will take you to Firethief's Secret Isle. This will not reveal the island on the map however. To reveal the map, you need to do 4 challenges with Saurus.

Iridescent Inscription Fragment is a quest item that can be obtained by opening the Luxurious Chest at Firethief's Secret. This is unlocked by during the 4th challenge.
