In The Luxurious Chest At The Phlogiston Extraction Research Center
There is a Shattered Night Jade in the Luxurious Chest in the Phlogiston Extraction Research Center. To get it, you need to completely disable the machine there.
How To Get The Luxurious Chest

You can find the Phlogiston Extraction Research Center northeast of the Ancestral Temple. The entrance is in a crevice in the mountain.
Get the key from the Common Chest, then open the Saurian Cart. This will release a Yumkasaurus.
While a Yumkasaurus, keep moving forward through the pipes. Grab the blue ball that falls into the Liquid Phlogisto then throw it at the switch to open the gate.
First, catch the saurus on other side of the room. It's near the stone pillar. Grab the grappling hook it leaves behind.
Install the grappling hook on the box and pull it to the gate. You need to be in a Yumkasaurus indwelling to do this.
Grab the blue ball and leave the room
The second blue ball can be found in a cage high up in the air in the room. To get it, indwell with a Yumkasaurus to be able to jump to it.
When you get to the closed gate, place the ball on the mechanism to open it.
Exit the opened gate and grab the blue ball once you're on the other side.
Before disabling the machine, make sure you have a team that can handle the upcoming battle. Once you disable, the fight will immediately start.
