5-star tiered characters become significantly stronger the more constellations they, making them more of a priority to get than new characters. If you do not have either Xingqiu or Xiangling at C6, it's better to use this as an opportunity to increase their constellations.
Lan Yan is not recommended for constellations right now since she's a featured 4-Star character in the next banner. It's better to try for there instead!

The exact process on how to unlock the character is still unknown. If it's like previous Lantern Rite Festivals, it should include collecting a specific currency or item to exchange for it!

Players can choose from the set line up of Liyue 4 Star Characters. This will even include Lan Yan, the newest 4 star character!
Can Only Unlock 1 Character
Make your choice wisely because only 1 character can be unlocked for this reward. Once you make your selection, there's no going back either!
