A street lamp made from Adhigama Wood protected by a ring-shaped structure, often seen on the south border of Caravan Ribat. These lamps require little maintenance even when placed in the windy desert and are thus extremely practical. The lamp itself has an elegant appearance, and the extent of its swaying can be used to determine wind speed. In an emergency, stronger mercenaries may even be able to wrench it out from the ground and use it as a weapon against the many dangerous creatures from the desert. When it's used for fighting against enemies, the unique shape of the lamp also comes in handy...

Fluttering Light Location
Fluttering Light is located at the underground area of Mt. Damavand. The area can be accessed upon playing the Dune-Entombed Fecundity Part 1.
Players can get the (furnishing) material by talking to Tubby and access the create furnishing section. Go to the Create Furnishing and choose the furnishing that you want to create. Make sure that you have the required materials before you start crafting the furnishing/s.

Open your map, then click the bottom right to show all the nations, then teleport to the Serenitea Pot.
Select the furnishing blueprint you want to buy, then talk to Tubby to access the create furnishing section.
Choose the furnishing that you want to forge and convert it, but make sure you have enough of the required materials to forge it.
