Risen Moon Chapter is a quest that is part of Agnihotra Quest line. You need to progress and complete the Starry Night Chapter to unlock the Risen Moon Chapter quest.

6. Look For 3 Runes (Wall Symbols)
You will be searching for 3 runes inside the cave, and you can use the table below as a reference to know the runes locations.
Rune 1 & Rune 2 Locations
The location for Rune 1 and Rune 2 can be found on the right and left sides of the glowing huge mushrooms. Use the table below to check their exact location.

Rune 3 Location
On the left side (1st rune location), you will see a huge tree branch, connected above a cave entrance. Go above, and walk through the tree branch and you will easily spot the sealed rock upon climbing.
Unseal The Barsam Flowers
The First & Second Seelie
There will be 2 Seelies below. It will be easier for you if you will follow the (2) two Seelies as they will be going to those unsealed rocks that contains the mechanism for activation & will also unlock the Dendro mist gate.
3rd Seelie Location
As you continue to follow the 2 Seelies, once it reached their statues, it will unlock the huge Dendro mist gate. Inside the gate, you will spot the 3rd Seelie. Keep following the Seelie until you reach the desired destination.
Unseal The Rocks & Activate Dendro Mechanisms
Upon progressing inside the cave, you will encounter different gimmicks, such as unsealing Dendro rocks by using Kusava, and activating Dendro mechanisms that can be activated by a Dendro character.
