When the mail comes in, you can find it on your mail tab. You don't have to worry about the mail getting deleted because Birthday Mails now have their own section in the mail where they will be stored forever!
Must Log In On The Day Of Birthday
Make sure to log-in on the birthdays of characters to get their Birthday Mails! If you are unable to log-in, you will not get any mail or their gifts.
