Hang Xiao Lantern On Top Of Roof
To hang the Xiao Lantern, climb up on the roof of the building. You can find the waypoint near the edge of the roof here.
Have Xiao Lantern Materials Ready
Ms. Bai will ask you to give her the 3 Xiao Lantern Materials near the end of the quest. Have them in your inventory first so you don't have to go farm them when prompted.
