Can Change Both Text & Voice Languages
Genshin Impacts gives players the choice to set their text & voice languages however they want. You can even have your text & voice at different languages if you want to.
Language - How To Change

Game Language Controls UI & Subtitles
The language you choose for the game language will affect the language that will be displayed in your UI and subtitles. This will be the overall language of the game.
