How To Beat The Last Survivor Of Tenochtzitoc
Weak To Hydro + Electro Reactions
Electro-Charged and Lunar-Charged reactions can paralyze the Local Legend and also reduce the toughness greatly during the Hat phase.
Shields are also recommended
This boss deals Electro damage and with the battle environment being in a river, you will also take Electro-Charged damage from the boss' attacks and your Electro attacks.

This boss has no Elemental Resistances whatsoever so you can use any DPS you want. However, it's recommended that you choose from Anemo, Hydro or Electro in order to not interrupt the Electro-Charged/Lunar-Charged Reactions.
Hit the Hat with a Face
The boss has a damage immunity period where it summons three (3) hats that shuffle about. It then gains a toughness bar that can be reduced using Electro-Charged reactions. Quickly find the hat with a face on it since that is the hat that the boss is hiding in.
Dash Away During the Consecutive Jumping Attacks
Once the boss is paralyzed, it has a chance to do its consecutive jumping attacks. It will also do this if you are attacking it from a distance. Yae Miko's Skill movement is great for moving away when the boss is using this move.
