This Ancient Watchtower is a new domain for 5.0 Update that is located inside the Natlan region. The Ancient Watchtower weapon domain is located at the west are of the Tepeacac Rise. You can check the image above for reference.
How To Go To The Ancient Watchtower Domain?
You can start by teleporting to the Statue of the Seven in the north (upper area) of Scions of the Canopy. Then from the Statu of the seven just walk/run through the direction indicated on the map above to reach the domain.
