The green barrier/gate can be found in the middle part of the mountain in the north area of Chizhang Wall.
Jademouth Is The Landmark
Go towards the Jademouth area, and then slowly glide down to the middle part of the mountain and you will see the green barrier/gate.
Green Barrier At Chizhang Wall - How To Unlock
Go To The Jademouth Arc
Upon reaching the area where the green barrier is located, you must go to the Jademouth arc, using the Golden Carp's Leap. You can also opt to go towards the arc instead by teleporting to other waypoints as well.
Activate A Challenge In The Jademouth Arc
Once you have reached the arc, go to the area where the challenge will be activated (Refer to the image above).
Unlock The Green Barrier After The Challenge
Once you activate the challenge, it will automatically lead you toward the green barrier using the Golden Carp's Leap.
Green Barrier At Chizhang Wall - Rewards
Unlock A Luxurious Chest
After unlocking the green barrier/gate the Luxurious chest inside will also be unlocked.
Get A ClearwaterJade
There are Clearwater Jades inside the green barrier. Collect them once you have unlocked the barrier.

You will also be able to collect one (1) Spirit Carp that is located on the left side of the cave.
