These fish stalls can be found in Poisson and are typically used in conjunction with temporary sheds. They display various fresh catches, including some rare fish species. It is said that because nearly everyone in Poisson is a dab hand at fishing and cooking fish, the quality of the goods sold at the local fish market is undoubtedly among the best in all of Fontaine. However, Poisson is not entirely welcoming to strangers. If you want to buy the best fish, you might need to gain the trust of the residents first.

How to Create Poisson's Seasonal Produce in Serenitea Pot
Players can get the (furnishing) material by talking to Tubby and access the create furnishing section. Go to the Create Furnishing and choose the furnishing that you want to create. Make sure that you have the required materials before you start crafting the furnishing/s.

Open your map, then click the bottom right to show all the nations, then teleport to the Serenitea Pot.
Select the furnishing blueprint you want to buy, then talk to Tubby to access the create furnishing section.
Choose the furnishing that you want to forge and convert it, but make sure you have enough of the required materials to forge it.
