The Louis' Fish & Chips snack bar in the Vasari Passage rents this type of building, though its storage space has been expanded and a fully functional kitchen added, allowing them to tirelessly serve their customers and establish themselves as a premier dining establishment in the area.

How to Create Court Of Justice's Commerce in Serenitea Pot
Players can get the (furnishing) material by talking to Tubby and access the create furnishing section. Go to the Create Furnishing and choose the furnishing that you want to create. Make sure that you have the required materials before you start crafting the furnishing/s.

Open your map, then click the bottom right to show all the nations, then teleport to the Serenitea Pot.
Select the furnishing blueprint you want to buy, then talk to Tubby to access the create furnishing section.
Choose the furnishing that you want to forge and convert it, but make sure you have enough of the required materials to forge it.
