Go to Sumeru City on the upper floors near The Akademiya entrance and see an NPC named Niloofar. Talk to her to get and start The Path of Papers world quest.

	Procedure
1	Talk to Niloofar near the entrance to The Akaemiya
2	Teleport to Caravan Ribat and head to the marked location
3	Defeat the Treasure Hoarders
4	Go to the marked location in the vicinity of Ruins of Dahri
5	Return to Niloofar

Unlocks An Achievement

You can get the Answer Time achievement after finishing this world quest.
