Unlock By Deactivating All Strange Energy Extraction Devices
Players need to deactivate all 8 Strange Energy Extraction Devices scattered around Sumeru to unlock this quest.

| 1 | Going to the marked location will start a cutscene. |
| 2 | Fight Oleg (Fatui Pyro Agent). |
| 3 |  Go to Camp 2 located in northeast of Devantaka Mountain. |
| 4 | Fight Oleg (Fatui Pyro Agent). |
| 5 |  Go to Camp 3 located north of Gandha Hill. |
| 6 | Fight Oleg (Fatui Pyro Agent). |
| 7 |  Follow the path and go to the camp north of Old Vanarana. |
| 8 | Defeat Kasim the Bandit. |
| 9 | Interrogate Kasim. └ ▼ Kasim's Willpower. |
| 10 |  Investigate the note on top of the box for clues about the Fatui stronghold. |
| 11 |  Go to the secret contact campsite located north of Pardis Dhyai. |
| 12 |  Change the time to (20:00 - 06:00) then light up the 4 Pyro torches. |
| 13 |  Go to the Fatui stronghold located west of Yasna Monument. |
| 14 | Talk to Oleg. |
| 15 | Follow Oleg. |
| 16 | Fight Oleg. |
| 17 | Talk to Rukh Shah to complete this quest. |
9. Kasim's Willpower
Both Choices Are Okay
It's okay to choose either of the choices as both conversations will lead to the next steps. It doesn't matter even if you diminish Kasim's Willpower. It will only change the flow of conversation with Kasim.
