Head To The South Of Chasm: Main Mining Area

From the waypoint at the south of The Chasm: Main Mining Area, fly towards the cave right above a wooden platform. Follow the path to get to the location.
Cave Location
From there you will encounter two barrel of explosives. Trigger them to open a path.
Use Elemental Sight To Find A Leaf To Unlock Elemental Totems

Open The Treasure Chest
After triggering the Elemental Totems above, it will unlock a treasure chest that contains Shriveled Seed.
Unlocks An Achievement
Obtaining the Shriveled Seed will unlock the achievement People of the Valley of Life and a hint about the upcoming nation, Sumeru.
