Ako's Vessel can be bought multiple times from the Fishing Association representative in Inazuma. It will require multiple Raimei Angelfish, Pufferfish, and Bitter Pufferfish per exchange.

Will Take 2-3 Runs Per Fishing Spot
Since there are only a handful of fish per location, it would take around 2 runs per Fishing Spot to get all of the required fish for 1 Ako's Sake Vessel. Fish have a respawn time of 3 days, but you can go to another player's world to fish instead of waiting.
Multiplayer / Coop - How To UnlockChange Time To Check For Respawns
Some Fishing Spot can have multiple fish spawns depending on the time. Make it a point to time travel between 6am - 6pm and vice versa to check for any further Fish spawns.
