At The Bottom Of Mt. Laixin At Chiwang Terrace
Locate The 3 Statues & Clear The Hilichurl Camps

Teleport your way to Mt. Laixin in Chiwang Terrace, then go down to the ground where you will find 3 Hilichurl Camps. Clear the Hilichurl campsites to reveal the statues.
How To Get Secret Miracle Achievement
Locate & Clear The 3 Hilichurl Camps
Go to the 3 Hilichurl camps at the bottom (ground) of Mt. Laixin and clear the campsite.
Hit / Interact With The 2 Statues
Once you have cleared the 3 Hilichurl campsites, return to the middle campsite/area and interact with the statues. Hit the one in the middle and the statue on the left side.
Adjust The In-Game Time
After interacting with the statues, adjust the in-game time between 13:00 ~ 14:00 since that statue stated that you wait until the afternoon. Patiently wait for a second or so, and the achievement will be unlocked.

Unlock A Secret Achievement
After clearing the Hilichurl campsites and interacting with the statues, you just need to wait for a little bit then you will be able to unlock a hidden achievement called Secret Miracle achievement.
