Strange Key - How To Get & Location
Get It At The South Of Mt. Mingyuan
The Strange Key can be found/dug at the south (mid-bottom) part of Mt. Mingyuan. You need to defeat the pack of Treasure Hoarders first to get the Strange Key at ease.

Strange Key - How To Use
Use To Help The Sacred Simulacrum
After getting the Strange Key, you may now proceed to the Sacred Simulacrum's location. The Sacred Simulacrum is currently held hostage inside the Treasure Hoarder's camp. You can also opt to avoid engaging in combat with the Treasure Hoarders by sneaking behind the cage.

Coming from the Strange Key's location, you can easily just climb above the hill since the Sacred Simulacrum's location can be found above it. You can check the image above for reference.
Return The Sacred Simulacrum To Its Original Place
After releasing the Sacred Simulacrum, go to the original placement that is just above the hill on the right, coming from the Treasure Hoarder's camp. Return the Sacred Simulacrum to its original place and you will be able to unlock a Precious Chest.
