Get it inside a Remarkable Chest which is located at the underground area of The Dune of Magma in Sumeru Desert.
Proceed to the middle area and get the floating mechanism

Go down to the bottom are where the Remarkable Chest is located

Once you go down, proceed to the stone mechanism

Touch the cell and use it to reveal the 4 Pyro torches in the area

Use the cell and go closer to the torches to reveal them
7
Light up the 4 Pyro torches using a Pyro character (check the locations on the image below)
