To unlock the quest, you must first finish the Act 2 of Midsummer Island Adventure. After that you need to play the mini-game once.

1: Find Seelie At Top Part Of The CanyonTo Unlock The Quest
Following the Seelie found in the canyon located in Minacious Isle will start the quest.
2: Light Up Cryo, Anemo, Pyro Then Hydro.
You need to light up 4 monuments in order. Cryo, Anemo, Pyro then Hydro. Pyro and Hydro ones are located above. And you can use Pyro/Hydro bow character or change the angle of the circle device and use Wind-Blessed Harpastum to be able to light them up. If you don't have Childe, Harpastum mechanics will help you light this up.
