Break It With Pyro Elemental Attack
You need to produce an overload reaction to be able to pick-up Electro Crystal. Since the ore has Electro naturally inflicted on them, you need to use Pyro attack and the ore will explode. The fragments that jumps out can be picked up as the Electro Crystal item.
