In order to get to the starting location of Towards The Lighthouse, Or Far Away, you will have to progress through the Summertide Scales and Tales: Page III quest "Until the End of the World". This will open up the 3rd part of the map.

Go to the highest island- Talk to Panuelle on the island
- Hang the lamp on top of the tree
- Go to the "Whispering Isle" and make a wish to the three "goddess" statues
- Go to the "toytanium mines"
Use the toybomb to open a path- Try to pull the Sword out three times. Each time, slimes will spawn that you need to defeat
Talk to the mole inside the cave to get the Sword- Head back to the Whispering Isle and place the Sword and the Wish on the statues
