For The Narrows, the middle mirror it says DO NOT MOVE, but you actually need to turn it (look at the image, it is moved)

Serpent Heart (Location 4) doesn't work, the light misses the second one by a little bit for some reason.

Okay nvm, prev anon here. Go to the light source and don't forget to use the Bokuso Box so you can activate the light travelling through the reflection mirrors. Good luck!
