Mistsplitter Reforged getting 2 stacks is a weird statement. Skirk's 0/non-energy always gives 1 stack, +2 from E+Q. In E>Q>NA rotation all 40% of R1 DMG bonus available, in Q(charged)>E(tap)>NA 20% or maybe 28% for ult and +40% for NA elemental stance, so only quickswap ult rotation uses it badly.

@ Skirk Main: you do know they can't just post any unofficial news about it even though these leaks are sure to be added in the game. Hope you guys understand that this genshin guide article is avoiding a strike for Genshin. Just accept their service on how these people provide guides to us players.
