Mistsplitter Reforged getting 2 stacks is a weird statement. Skirk's 0/non-energy always gives 1 stack, +2 from E+Q. In E>Q>NA rotation all 40% of R1 DMG bonus available, in Q(charged)>E(tap)>NA 20% or maybe 28% for ult and +40% for NA elemental stance, so only quickswap ult rotation uses it badly.

Hope you guys understand that this genshin guide article is avoiding a strike for Genshin. Just accept their service on how these people provide guides to us players.
