i can't find "Only Light Specific Torches"(the one with diluc in it). the location is not clear. how to go there?

I found another one that doesn't appear to be on this page yet...
In the same room as the electro-seelie compass puzzle, there are 6 torches on the wall - only 4 of them need to be lit - picture below shows the order I did it, but not sure if order matters.
