If you gave her "Strange Squirrel Fish" in the first commission then you should gave her "Grilled Tiger Fish" in "Absolutely Unique Delicacy".
(That's how I got the achievement)

People saying u didnt get achievement its probably because you've already got it before and forgot

I gave her the grilled tiger fish and got the 'liyue ichiban' achievement. Maybe it's related to what you give her during the first quest?

i tried with grilled tiger fish it does't give liyue ichiban

Help I gave her the Jueyon Guoba but got no achievement wtf? TwT

You still get the achievement if you choose bamboo shoot soup btw!
