After finishing Tatara tales, go to this beach next to Inazuma city.
Talk to Xavier and follow his instructions, don't worry about the script you don't have to memorize any lines.
Fight the 3 enemies who appear once filming starts, they're really easy and just walk around to the 3 little spots!
