You can find 4 last Echoing Tales 6 Locations but they are just not interactable right now and don't count for progress

This may have to do something with a Conch on the top left teleporter island there is a tidepool or some sort and you can lower the water level by stepping on #1 rock twice and no more and raise the water level by stepping on #2 rock
