What Are Bugs?

Collectible Creatures

Bug Catching

Bugs can be caught in many places on your island by using a net! They can also be sold for Bells, making them one way to collect money. Some bugs (such as beetles) have a higher sell price than others, so make sure to learn which ones are the most efficient to catch.

Time Affects Bug Spawns

The type of bugs that will spawn on your island are affected by the time of day. There are bugs that only spawn during the day and the night, while some only come out in the rain (such as Snails).
