1. Purchase Seeds at Nook's Cranny

Purchase Seeds from Nook

Purchase bundles of Red and Orange Windflower Seeds. These are needed to produce the Pink Windflowers. If you find any of these Windflowers while exploring islands, you can opt to uproot and replant these flowers instead!

Seeds Change Everyday

Keep in mind that the Seeds in Nook's Cranny changes daily. This means that the seeds you're looking for may not be for sale. In this case, come back another day, have a friend bring seeds over from their island, or go on a Mystery Island Tour!

How to Breed Pink Windflower & Price

Plant Pink Windflowers Next to Each Other

Once you have at least 2 Pink Windflowers, you can uproot them and replant them next to each other. Remember to leave a free space adjacent to them in order to produce more flowers!

A Note On Breeding

Flower breeding is a lot more complicated than one might expect, as it seems that flowers have their own individual DNA, which only gets more complicated the more you breed them. There can also be various different ways of getting the same color flower. This means that there is indeed an element of chance involved in the process.

If you use our combinations before and don't get the result you want, try the following:

  • Remove the unwanted flower and try again
  • Buy new flowers with "fresh" DNA

Keep Watering the Red & Orange Windflowers

Alternatively, you can keep watering the Red & Orange Windflowers as long as there is an adjacent space. These still have the potential to produce the Pink Windflowers.

Pink Windflowers Sell for 80 Bells

Pink Windflowers Sell for 80 Bells

Selling Pink Windflowers at Nook's Cranny will earn you 80 Bells apiece. However, this is not recommended as it is not an efficient way to earn Bells fast.
